Return Window
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused and in original packaging
- Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation (if any)
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during delivery will not be accepted for return.
Return Process

- The returned item will be inspected before approval.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item unless it was damaged during delivery.
Refund Method
- Refunds are processed in cash only.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be arranged via a mutually convenient method, such as an in-person handover or a cash drop-off.
- Refunds are not available through any digital or bank methods.
Non-Returnable Items
